THIRD LEARNING /TEACHING ACTIVITY: VISIT TO ACQUAVIVA DELLE FONTI, ITALY

From 19th to 25th November, four students and three teachers from our school visited the village of Acquaviva delle Fonti, in the southern region of Puglia, in the southeast of Italy.

As part of our rasmus project, many activities concerning CLIL methodology and cultural and social aspects were held: presentations concerning Italian geography, art and literature, cultural visits to the cities of Otranto, Bari, Lecce, Alberobello, Polignano a mare,  perspectives on the different countries of the project, street games , art workshops and a series of activities that helped strenghen our students’ bonds, which is one of the main goals of our project.

Below you can see some of the pictures of this visit and the visit programme as well.

It was a great experience for both students and teachers involved in the project.

From September 18 to 22 the second Transnational Meeting of the project was held in the town of Povaszka Bystrica in Slovakia. Teachers from all the countries taking part in the project worked during the week at school, discussing and having  agreements about the project results and outcomes to be done this school year.

Also, there were a couple of days when all teachers visited some interesting places like Koliba, Banská Štiavnica or Žilina.

We have a year ahead with a lot of work and hopes in our project.
